Walking Schedule
The Walking Schedules and Locations are distributed throughout
the LACCD service area.
Educational forums are conducted every
Saturday at the Driving Park Recreation Center. Sessions are focused
on exercise by a Physical Trainer and developing and maintaining
a healthy lifestyle by a Licensed Nutritionist. Members decide
the subject matter for these forums. It is during these meetings
that members review personal and group status reports, and discuss
strategies for maintaining and improving Walking Club activities.
